What methods of payment do you accept? 
  • We use Paypal, Credit cards, Debit Cards, Master Cards, Visa Cards etc
What if I need to modify my order? 
  • If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
How do I cancel my order? 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
Do you provide tracking information? 
  • Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? 
  • We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
How long does it take to ship my order?
  • Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery within Australia. However Orders outside Australia can take 3-5 days Internationally
  • Thou it also depends upon the supplier location. If your order is arriving from a storehouse internationally then it might take 30 days.
         Covid-19 has also effected shipment duration.

Where do you ship?
  • We currently ship in the Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, the United Kingdom and Other parts of Europe.
  • For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
  • Due to Covid-19 we currently have suspended Fast Shipping 

You can select fast shipping after having entered your delivery location.

Do you accept returns?
  • We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
  • - The item must have been sold on our online store
  • - The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • - The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
  • - To ask for a return, please contact our support using our helpdesk.
Is there a warranty?
  • We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

  • - The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
